All bookings submitted through our website or contact forms are subject to technician availability and confirmation.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate contact details, service location, and details regarding your water purification system to ensure proper service delivery.
Technician Access
You must provide clear and safe access to the premises and the installation/service site for our technicians at the scheduled time.
2. Pricing and Payments
Quotes & Rates
Prices displayed on the website or quoted over the phone are estimates. Final costs for spare parts, filter replacements, or additional repair work will be communicated and agreed upon prior to service execution.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service or delivery of the product via cash, digital wallets, UPI, or electronic bank transfer, unless stated otherwise. All charges may be subject to applicable local taxes.
3. Spare Parts & Warranty
Parts Replacement
Any spare parts or filters replaced during service will be of verified standard quality.
Service Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on specific replacement parts or service workmanship as communicated at the time of job completion. Warranty claims do not cover damages resulting from external water supply issues, power surges, physical tampering, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
4. General Provisions
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by giving us reasonable advance notice (minimum 2 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled slot). A.S. Purifier reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or technician unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.S. Purifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, service delays, or equipment malfunction beyond our direct control.
